Free shipping within Austria applies to all orders over €50 otherwise €4,90.

Free shipping within Germany and Rest of the EU €100 otherwise €10,90.

Free shipping worldwide applies to all orders over €400.

Shipping for Gauges and Sock-Ruler are 3,90 Euro. (will not be shipped with tracking number)

Shipping prices may include a small fee for packaging & handling.

We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 2-3 days of the transaction being complete. This means within 2 days of the funds being received.  

All packages are sent with tracking (excluding Gauges and Sock-Ruler). Packages that return to us as undeliverable by the carrier for incorrect address supplied can be re-posted for an additional shipping fee.

Please remember that we are a small business, located in the heart of the Salzkammergut.  Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until Monday, so plan for a few extra days in your delivery time.
